Creativity is a fundamental life skill


CVDAA was created as a place where the study of theater, film and the performing arts is used to encourage and develop creative thinking in young people and in so doing transform the way they think about themselves and the world.

 Directing "Nothing is Simple"

Amelia knows that everyone has the ability to create, she believes in her own project and it thrilled with the reality of it coming to life. The creativity has changed her options in life, opening up a whole hew avenue that previously was only a dream. In Directing she brings out the creativity in others and in performance shares that with the community helping it thrieve

CVDAA is committed to providing expert training in the art of acting. Students are educated in a myriad of different acting techniques and we love to specialize . . .

Many of CVDAA's productions are developed and written by the students in collaboration with an instructor. This creates opportunities for young writers to grow in . . .
